The rooms are brand-new with a Cavs game and hairy bathroom, as example and the staff are caring. All in all they offer excellent service.

It was as expected, had a really really nice stay for our weekend Cleveland visit. Caring staff and prime location in downtown, everything was excellent. Had newly renovated and perfect room for our toiletries, and we couldn't ask for more.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for us, as it was close to the Lakefront airport and within walking distance of almost everything. Unfortunately, it wasn't close to public square or Jack's casino, which was a bit inconvenient.
The staff was rude when checking us in.

Friendly and popular place to stay 2 miles away from Spaces. Thanks to the efficient staff everything was good, including lots ofoutstanding food. Neat rooms with fridge as well as an updated interior, great service. Convenient location, within walking distance of everywhere. The restaurant was fabulous, for breakfast.

This hotel offers great value for money with affordable prices. The attention to detail is evident, especially in the spotless rooms on the 15th floor. I loved waking up to a beautiful view of the lake and being right beside the regional airport. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making my stay effortless.
All was satisfactory, no improvements needed.

The room blended comfortable and modern in a perfect balance. Great proximity to Lake Erie. The nearby train was a non-issue because you could not hear it at all inside the hotel or your room. Would definitely stay there again. Beautiful hotel!
The parking ramp railings on the fourth and fifth levels are very low and I would consider them a significant safety hazard for small children. That should definitley be fixed.

We couldn't have found a better place to stay. The location couldn't be more perfect, right on the lake and just beside the regional airport. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed including ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. The staff was exceptional, providing us with special requests from the front desk clerk to the manager. The swimming pool and fitness center were great!
This place is highly recommended.

The rooms were relatively nice and the bedding was comfortable.
There seemed to be several issues during our stay, first the elevators from rm floor to the lobby consistently took between 5 to 10 mins. The room a/c unit was annoyingly loud. They were out of complementary water bottles for rooms. Although I can understand that you've run out but it's water have someone pick-it up. The vending machine for me to purchase water on our floor didn't work so in order to purchase water I needed to go to another floor and thus wait for the elevator you know another 5 - 10 mins.
